高清車牌識(shí)別系統(tǒng)采用高清網(wǎng)絡(luò)攝像機(jī)對(duì)進(jìn)入停車場(chǎng)的車輛進(jìn)行抓拍，上傳計(jì)算機(jī)處理車牌信息，引導(dǎo)車輛進(jìn)入，保存記錄；在停車場(chǎng)出口通過(guò)高清網(wǎng)絡(luò)攝相機(jī)對(duì)駛出的車輛進(jìn)行圖像抓拍，經(jīng)計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)識(shí)別，與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中車牌信息對(duì)比，對(duì)固定車自動(dòng)放行，對(duì)于臨時(shí)車根據(jù)停車時(shí)間進(jìn)行管理，實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛的進(jìn)出監(jiān)控和管理。
